What are your hours of operation?

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

 

How will you keep me updated?

We want to be as transparent as possible with you during the entire escrow process. We will send weekly updates and cc you on all communications with your client.  We will also send you private log-in information to our back-end that will allow you to monitor your transactions in real-time.  

 

How do you get paid?

Some agents add the fee to the buyer or seller contract. Other agents prefer to absorb the cost and pay it out of their commission. In either case, the fee can be added to the Commission Disbursement Authorization or a bil can be submitted to the Title Company prior to closing.

 

What do you charge?

Just as there are no vanilla transactions, every agent's needs are different.  Let's talk so we can determine what services you need and put together a plan that works for you.

 

Do I still have to pay if the transaction is canceled?

There is no cancellation fee. Cancellations are going to happen from time to time and we completely understand. We don't get paid until you get paid.  

 How are my transaction documents protected?

All documents are stored in Dropbox where you will have access and the ability to download documents if you need them.

What is the Agent's responsibility?

- Review Preliminary Title Reports

- Review of Estimated Settlement Statements

- Order, Schedule and Attend Any Property Inspections and/or Repair Appointments

- Negotiate Repairs and/or Any Changes in the Contract
