About Me

Having worked as a licensed real estate agent Cheryl knows what works and what doesn’t when it comes to managing a transaction. She knows how important it is to meet deadlines, to reassure the client and to get the paperwork right. Her main goal is to make sure your transaction is clean and the process is as smooth as possible.

For 25 years Cheryl Lawson worked in mortgage origination. She managed teams in the processing and underwriting of real estate loans, becoming an expert in loan programs and agency lending guidelines. For 10 years Cheryl was also a project manager, working on mortgage origination projects. Tiring of the corporate world and seeking an opportunity to continue to use her expertise while seeking to work directly with individuals and families, Cheryl entered the world of residential real estate.

Having learned to work cooperatively on small and large projects with a variety of people during her corporate career, Cheryl is organized, efficient and excellent at time, people and project management. She is outstanding at the details which are critical for the smooth and timely follow-through of real estate transactions.

Cheryl was born and raised in Littleton and moved to California after graduating from Mile High Academy. To be close to family and to live in the beautiful state she loves, she returned to Colorado. Married to her wonderful husband Jim for more than a decade, they like to travel, go to estate sales and watch NASCAR. When Cheryl has a little downtime, you will find her reading or creating custom jewelry.
